Nicole Woodruff

Nicole Woodruff is a licensed occupational therapist with over 12 years of experience, specializing in pelvic floor therapy and chronic illness care. Based in Tampa, Florida, she is passionate about providing personalized care that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction, with a special focus on the fascial system. As a Graston Technique® preferred provider, Nicole integrates this evidence-based form of manual therapy into her practice to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and recover from chronic conditions and injuries.

Nicole’s extensive training includes certifications in trauma-informed care, yoga teaching, and pre- and postnatal corrective exercise. She also brings personal experience of living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and POTS, offering a unique perspective that helps her relate to and support her clients through their healing journeys.
