Bob has served as the Director of Athletic Training (MSAT) at University of Wisconsin Eau Claire since 2006 and is a member of the faculty for the Department of Kinesiology. Robert teaches a variety of classes within the MSAT, involving evaluation/assessment techniques, manual therapy, performance enhancement, anatomy, and applied nutrition. His current research interests have been influenced by the use of technology in the educational setting, with an interest in how technology could be used to assist the transfer of learning. Dr. Stow also has a strong research interest in the use of manual therapy as part of the rehabilitation process and Femoroacetabular Impingement (FAI). He is active with the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers Association as a member of the research and outcomes committee. Dr. Stow also has various certification and licensure as an athletic trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Graston Technique, Titleist Performance Specialists, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment.
