With a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences (2002), Trevor has cultivated over two decades of expertise in the field. He currently serves as a dedicated physical therapist at Sutter Physical Therapy’s outpatient orthopedic clinic in Roseville, CA, where he provides personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
In addition, Trevor is a physical therapist and trainer at GRIP Physiotherapy, specializing in evidence-based injury prevention and sports performance. GRIP Physiotherapy emphasizes proactive approaches to health and wellness, offering early access to treatment for injuries to expedite recovery and ensure a swift return to sport or daily function. The organization also actively collaborates with youth sports clubs and high school athletic teams, providing training focused on injury prevention to help young athletes stay safe and perform at their best.
Since 2010, Trevor has enjoyed training clinicians in the use of the Graston Technique, an advanced method for soft tissue mobilization, and serves as a respected instructor of the technique. He is deeply passionate about sharing knowledge, fostering professional growth, and advancing clinical practices in physical therapy.
