Nicole Woodruff is a seasoned occupational therapist with over 13 years of experience. She specializes in pelvic health, chronic pain, and complex conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS, and other forms of dysautonomia. She is the owner of Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health, a small private practice in Tampa, Florida known for its whole-person, trauma-informed approach to care.
Nicole was first trained in the Graston Technique® in 2017 and quickly recognized its impact in restoring mobility and reducing pain for her clients. She went on to complete the advanced training in January 2018 and earned her Graston Technique Specialist (GTS) designation shortly thereafter. She integrates this evidence-based manual therapy into her treatment of fascial restrictions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and movement impairments, using a highly individualized approach rooted in her deep understanding of connective tissue disorders and the nervous system.
In addition to her GTS certification, Nicole is also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and trauma-informed provider. She is passionate about empowering her clients through education, gentle movement, and hands-on care that gets to the root of dysfunction.
