1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 72 hours of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used Graston Technique instruments.
- Digital products, including online courses and downloadable content.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or call 317.926.2996 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the items, including all original packaging and accessories. Ensure the RMA number is included inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not returned in their original condition or are missing components, partial refunds may be granted.
5. Exchanges
