Kelly Debouter is a highly skilled physiotherapist with extensive experience in the field. She has been a registered physiotherapist since 2007 and became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) in 2016. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in 2004, followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2007, and a Master of Clinical Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Western University in 2016.
From 2007 to 2024, Kelly served in the Canadian Armed Forces, providing vital care to military personnel both domestically and internationally, including deployments to Afghanistan, Latvia, and Romania. She also contributed her expertise at international sporting events such as the World Military Games in Brazil and the Military World Championships for women’s soccer and triathlon, and was part of the medical team for Team Canada at the Invictus Games in Toronto.
Kelly is a certified Graston Technique provider and has completed extensive post-graduate training in areas including manual therapy, McKenzie Method (Levels A, B, and C), acupuncture, dry needling, concussion management, and vestibular rehabilitation. She specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, managing concussions, and providing vestibular rehabilitation, tailoring individualized treatment plans to help her patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Outside of her professional life, Kelly enjoys an active lifestyle, often exploring town on electric unicycles or stand-up paddleboarding with her husband. She also engages in weightlifting, spinning, and yoga.
