Meet the Speaker

Mike Ploski
PT, ATC, OCS, GTS
Mike Ploski is a 1988 graduate of the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy. Prior to completing his degree in physical therapy, he graduated from Temple University with a Master of Education in Exercise Physiology. Mike is recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He is also a certified and licensed athletic trainer. Mike traveled with the PGA Tour for 6 years as part of their onsite medical staff and worked another 5 years coordinating physical therapy and chiropractic care on the Tour. He also traveled with the CART racing league medical staff for 1 season.
Mike is one of the original Graston Technique providers, one of the original GT instructors, and now serves as a Clinical Advisor for Graston Technique, LLC. He served as the Clinic Director for GrasTech, the original Graston Technique clinic. He is respected internationally as a leading authority on instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Currently, Mike maintains a clinical practice at Body One Physical Therapy in Indianapolis. With his extensive experience in manual therapy, Mike specializes in soft tissue dysfunction associated with orthopedic injuries.
